The menu is full of fried offerings and I can tell you they cook everything in the same oil! I ordered the Foo Young and could taste seafood and all sorts of other bordered lined on tasting rancid. Well I remember very well my wife's and my last visit 3-days ago! This place uis very BELOW average. (We did go to Shari's Restaurant for triple berry pie afterwards so our stomachs were happy by the end of the evening.)Įvery few years I visit because I forget why I stopped.my memory isn't the best anymore. My guys wanted to go to Taco Ball and afterwards I wish we had. LOL Maybe we had a failure to communicate with the waiter, but I can't imagine returning. We didn't even like the wonton or hot and sour soups, but they were at least edible. The only vegetables were a very few strands of green onion. It was most assuredly not spicy (or even flavorful). Some pieces were so tough that I couldn't chew them and had to spit them in to my napkin. Our waiter said I should try the Szechuan beef. Well, I requested a dinner with a very spicy sauce and lots of vegetables. I'm an adventurous eater and typically ask the waitstaff for recommendations when I visit a new restaurant. It was difficult to find the meat inside the batter. All of them were slathered in batter and deep fried to a greasy crispness. We ordered sesame chicken, Szechuan beef and General Tso's chicken. We love Chinese food, but the items we ordered here were awful. The servings were HUGE but nearly tasteless.
